In our Adult classes we take a deeper dive into our curriculum, along with learning the moves you will learn the very technical aspects of what we do. The classes you take will be curriculum based to aid in flexibility, stamina, overall physical and mental health all while teaching useful self-defense skills.
Our curriculum is designed so that kids can learn it and so that adults can understand what they are learning. Our adult classes take a closer look into the traditional Martial Arts creating well rounded Martial Artists.
